Unlike other services, ONHOLD is unique in being a sister business to MUSICWoRKS, a music composition and production company which provides film, video, corporate, commercial, broadcast and entertainment music. As a result, unlike our competitors, our music is not "needle drop", "canned music" or "all-synthesized." Among our smooth jazz and light adult contemporary music titles, we offer selections with performances by musicians from the Pacific Northwest. And our Winter Holiday music features traditional, new age and jazz arrangements - performed by Northwest featured artists. ONHOLD music is real foreground music - for real listening pleasure. |

With our on-site studio and "on-call" talent, we offer fast turn-around time for your ONHOLD message and music tapes or CDs. There's no scheduling of outside studios, sending the production work to another city or a third party -- it's all done "in-house." |

ONHOLD offers a range of contract services available for your occasional or on-going needs for additional "on-hold" music or messaging. Our multiple-order services include term and volume discounts and can be custom-contracted to meet your needs. We also bill you only as you receive sevice -- not monthly and never in advance of service. With ONHOLD you only pay for the service and equipment you receive, when you receive it. |

RELIABILITY
ONHOLD offers a wide range of playeers to meet the needs of any business. You can choose from simple, low-priced analogue players, digital "on-hold" players from industry leaders like Valcom, Bogen, Nel-Tech or Premiere; or opt for a quality CD player -- all with manufacturers warranty. For term analogue service customers we provide free tape replacement, if required, between tape replacement dates. When you choose on-going ONHOLD service we make sure things stay on-going. |

EASY TO INSTALL AND USE
If your business is in our immediate area, we'll install your ONHOLD system for no additional charge. For customers outside our install area, we ship player systems by UPS -- with easy-to-follow installation instructions. Before we fill your order, we verify your phone equipment options with your Telecom service to be certain that your ONHOLD system can be quickly up and running. When you receive a new tape from our office, just stop the player, replace the old tape with a new cassette, and start the player again. It's that simple. |
